Manic depression
Manic depression is a type of mental or psychological disorder. A person with manic depression has very large mood swings. The person is sometimes incredibly happy and confident (the manic state) and other times they are completely depressed and upset. This disease is also called bipolar disorder. (“Bi” means 2 and “pole” means ends). In other words the person’s mood can easily range between the two extremes. People who have this disease often take medicine to help stabilize their mood.
Everyone’s mood changes from time to time but manic depression is a very extreme case. Sometimes you will hear this word used lightly in conversation. You might hear someone describe themselves as being “bipolar” or “manic depressed”. You should note that sometimes people say these terms to exaggerate someone’s behavior even though the person may not actually have this disease.

Today’s topic reminds me the most popular TV series last year in china which is called ” Golden marriage” I bet you have heard about it. It shows on different channels even today. It talked about a common couple’s fifty years of marriage. Totally it has 50 episodes, seems every epidode is just talking about mere things in their daily lives. there were no big up and downs but seems people find their own life through theirs.
The new word today Manic depression reminds me the wife in the show. when she reached her monopause. She had large mood swings and got angry so easily. almost think she had her bipolar.( just try to use the new words:) )
anyway, I am trying to write a little everyday. and thanks for give us a place to write.

I think I’m not in manic depression,Thank God.But I’ve seen this in so many instances.Sometimes they’re happy with extremely tiny things.And somtimes they’re enraged at things that really is not bad.
