Why is there nobody devoted to introduce the most famous and simple chinese stuff to you?! )

So called ginger and brown sugar tea. And the way to make is also simple enough. Self-explanatory.
1, Clean the ginger, just cut 3-5 sections, or into tiny sticks.
2, Best cook it with brown sugar several to 15 minutes; otherwise some people just make it using just cooked water, and stir, finished.
[It is important to drink it while it is still quite hot or warm.]

It works great, and is also clear supportet in the formal traditional Chinese medicine books.
