I discovered recently a big truth: some people can be accepted around you only with a decent amount of wine or other alcohol in your body. you have to be nice to some people you don’t have too much in common, they just happened to be at the same party. A glass of wine or two helps me become socially fake but nice and slightly more popular. I hate this type of big noisy and boring parties I had to attend these last few days. Christmas time is a big headache, most of the time. Christmas is supposed to be a peaceful and silent and simple time and it never is. the only good thing about Christmas is I let the bygones be bygones and I accept people as they really are, good and bad at the same time, and don’t expect too much from them. It’s good feeling to be at peace with yourself.
I didn’t like this podcast too much because of one only personal reason: too much partying took a toll on your voice. I like when people sound relaxed. voices tell much more about a person’s feeling than body language. I always believed that.
….but I liked the dialogue itself and the content.I didn’t like only the tone.it sounded a bit nervous for a very sensitive ear like mine. I sometime forget I’m learning English here and I focus on the entertainment part. pardon me!
Part of my new yesr’s resolution is to stop writing so much nonsense on your website and let other express themselves…If I’d had a delete button, I would (probably) have deleted about 80% of what I wrote. On the other hand, I had so much fun getting various reactions, most of them positive and sweet and fun. It’s been great writing exactly what was on my mind, while I’m learning English and having fun. I apologize to anyone who have read my crazy off-topic comments and felt offended or annoyed. The truth is I rarely find online stuff that I like so much and can keep me amused and interested. I had so much fun. Next year I’ll move my nonsense on my blog. I promise to become a polite, nice, normal, down-to-earth, mature user……yep, who am I kidding?
love you guys, I hope that 2012 will bring you exactly you wanted, for you and your loved ones. Happy New Year!
