Hi Guys,
I just wanted to tell you my story and get a little bit of practice on your website. The other day I had a Charlie horse on my upper back. I didn’t do anything, actually I did something obviously but it was such a ridiculous thing that I’m pretty embarrassed to mention about it. Anyway, I had my English class and my pen fell down on the floor and I just tried to pick it up from the floor and that’s it. Nothing else, and after that? I couldn’t move my neck at all. I felt totally paralyzed. After my class I drove home which was pretty interesting because I couldn’t turn from side to side. When I finally got home I didn’t take any painkiller pills I just tried to stretch my muscles on my back and overcome the terrible pain. It didn’t work and after a couple hours the pain was killing me. I stayed off my feet the rest of the evening. I didn’t go to the gym either; however, it was my plan for the day. Next morning when I woke up I felt a little bit better but still cranky. I went to work and I tried not to think about it.
Anyway, I really like this topic. Good job guys as always !!!
Take care and keep up the good work.
Paul
